Shipping & Production
Every piece is made to order specifically for you. Once your order is placed, your artwork is professionally printed, framed, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment. Because each piece is custom made, production begins after your order is received.
Production Time
Most orders are produced in 2–4 business days. Larger or more complex orders may require additional production time.
Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by the professional print facility closest to the delivery destination whenever possible. This helps reduce shipping time, lower environmental impact, and ensure your artwork arrives safely.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates begin after production is complete.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Packaging
Every framed print is carefully packaged using protective materials designed to help it arrive safely and ready to display.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue. I'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your artwork should arrive in excellent condition. If your order is damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the packaging and the artwork.
Once the issue has been reviewed, I'll work with you to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Care Instructions

Display
For the longest lifespan, display your artwork indoors in a stable environment away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and significant temperature changes. Avoid placing your print directly above fireplaces, radiators, heating vents, or other sources of heat.
Cleaning
To clean the frame or glazing, gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, paper towels, or harsh chemicals, as these may scratch or damage the finish.
Handling
When moving or hanging your artwork, handle it by the frame rather than the glazing. Always support larger pieces with both hands and avoid placing pressure directly on the front of the artwork.
